First, let me start off by saying that Real Estate Commissions in Texas are negotiable. I typically charge 3% for full buyer representation. However, there may be some scenarios where I am willing to rebate or discount a portion of the commission:

1. You only want to see 1 house and make an offer. I am willing to rebate you back 1% of the commission at closing.
2. You are military, a veteran, or first responder. Thank You for your service. I am willing to rebate you back 1% of the commission at closing.
3. You are a teacher, school nurse, school counselor, or librarian. I am willing to rebate you back 1% of the commission at closing. 
4. You are an investor and plan to buy more than 2 homes with me in a calendar year. Please contact me to discuss. 

DISCLAIMER: Plans are subject to change. Property must be listed in the MLS. If a property is paying less than a 3% commission, the rebate will be equally adjusted.
